An Embodied, 4/20-Infused Creative Experience. An invitation to drop out of performance and into presence. Guided through creative expression, embodied awareness, and shared reflection, participants are supported in speaking honestly, listening deeply, and reflection.

Participants are supported in speaking honestly, listening deeply, and reconnecting with their inner voice. This is not a workshop to “fix” or “produce,” but a spacious container where creativity becomes a pathway to release, clarity, and connection.

Through gentle facilitation, communal prompts, and moments of reflection, the group moves together—creating, witnessing, and holding space for one another. 4/20 plants are offered as a supportive element to soften edges and deepen embodiment, not as a requirement. The intention is simple but powerful: to feel more connected to yourself, to others, and to the creative current that moves through us all.
